Tuk Tuk

Tuk Tuk is an upcoming Telugu supernatural comedy set to hit theaters in 2025, directed by Supreeth C Krishna. The film follows the antics of three young men from a rural village in Chittoor who are struggling to make ends meet. In their quest for quick cash, they get the brilliant yet misguided idea of secretly filming women while they bathe. Their luck changes when they stumble upon a scooter that's possessed by a spirit. They decide to use this enchanted scooter to lead a Ganesh Chaturthi procession, thinking it will help them earn some money. However, things take a dramatic twist when they realize that the spirit haunting the scooter is actually a girl, which sets off a series of events that delve into her tragic backstory and how she became a spirit.

Director Supreeth C Krishna, who previously worked on Alanti Sithralu, drew inspiration for Tuk Tuk from a RuPay commercial that featured an animated vehicle. This sparked the idea of having a vehicle as a central character, which he developed into a unique narrative filled with humor, mystery, and a touch of romance. With a strong cast including Harsh Roshan, Karthikeya Dev, and Saanve Megghana, and backed by production houses Chitravaahani Productions and RYG Cinemas, Tuk Tuk promises to be an entertaining ride that combines supernatural elements with comedy, sure to resonate with audiences looking for something fresh and engaging.
