Mass Jathara

Mass Jathara is an action comedy film that hit theaters on October 31, 2025, marking the directorial debut of Bhanu Bogavarapu. Starring the charismatic Ravi Teja alongside Sreeleela, the story revolves around Laxman Bheri, an upright railway policeman who stands up against injustice, even when it’s outside his official duties. After a confrontation with a minister's son in Warangal, he finds himself transferred to a rural railway station in Alluri district, where he faces off against the local drug lord, Sivudu, played by Naveen Chandra. The film captures Laxman's journey as he takes on the powerful political establishment supporting Sivudu and works to dismantle his marijuana empire.

Produced by Sithara Entertainments, Fortune Four Cinemas, and Srikara Studios, Mass Jathara features a talented technical team, including music by Bheems Ceciroleo and cinematography by Vidhu Ayyanna. Despite the excitement surrounding its release, the film received negative reviews from critics and struggled at the box office. The plot combines elements of humor and action, showcasing Ravi Teja's unique style as he tackles serious issues with a light-hearted touch. Fans of Telugu cinema might recognize Sreeleela from her previous collaboration with Ravi Teja in Dhamaka, adding to the film's appeal.
