Mahakali

"Mahakali" is a 2015 Kannada action drama that showcases the talents of Malashri in the lead role, with S. S. Mahendar at the helm as director. This film marks the debut of Dilip Prakash, adding a fresh face to the cast. The music, composed by Emil Mohammed, adds an engaging backdrop to the film and was released by Anand Audio.

Critics had mixed feelings about "Mahakali." While some appreciated it as a complete Malashri experience, highlighting her fierce portrayal of a woman confronting male misdeeds, others felt the film fell short in professionalism. The cinematography received criticism for its jarring shots, which seemed to clash with the film's themes of women’s empowerment. Overall, "Mahakali" presents a blend of action and drama, with Malashri's performance being the centerpiece, even if some aspects of the film left viewers wanting more.
