"Nenu.. Sailaja..." is a charming romantic comedy that follows the journey of Hari, a carefree DJ played by Ram Pothineni, who struggles with love. From a young age, Hari has been infatuated with every girl he meets but has faced rejection time and again. Living in Vizag with his parents and his lively twin sister, Swecha, he often finds solace by the beach, reminiscing about his first crush from his childhood village. One fateful night, he encounters Shailu, portrayed by Keerthy Suresh, who saves him from a drunken mishap. Unfortunately, she leaves him midway, thinking he’s just trying to impress her, and he jokingly wishes never to see her again.

The plot thickens when Hari, while at the hospital, meets a mute girl named Pooja, and Shailu happens to be there too, intrigued by his kindness. As events unfold, it turns out that Shailu is none other than his first love. The story takes a turn when Shailu's friend, Keerti, is threatened by a local goon, Maharishi. In a bid to help, Hari comes up with a clever plan to outsmart Maharishi, leading to a series of comedic and heartfelt moments that ultimately bring him and Shailu closer together. The film beautifully blends romance and humor, showcasing how love can blossom even amidst chaos and misunderstandings.
